Funding Information

CSQ Funding is a contribution toward the cost of receiving training and assessment services.  CSQ provide funding to RTO's in the form of a contribution per nominal hour against each eligible course listed and completed.

Fees

All eligible course participants will be subject to a nominal administration fee of $50.00 per course enrolment; this is to cover the ongoing administration costs of the training and services provided by Gold Training.

Course fees are made up of two components: tuition fees and resource fees.  Tuition fees are determined by multiplying the nominal hours, which is the number of hours in which an average student could be expected to complete each unit.  They are not the hours of training or instruction.  Resource fees are charges for material that are essential to a course or unit, and are purchased by Gold Training to be used by students during the course.

Please read our complete terms and conditions and cancellations policy in our student handbook.

Short Courses Program

Participants are eligible for a maximum of three (3) short courses in the same program period.  One administration fee applies for a single application for up to three courses conducted in the same training course.

Skills Assessment and Gap Training

Experience counts, particularly when it is formally recognised.  If you or members of your general or civil construction workforce have learnt their skills on the job but do not hold a formal qualification, perhaps Skills Assessment and Gap Training (SAGT) is right for them.

It will make a difference to their future and to yours too.  With trained and skilled workers in your team, your business can become more competitive and productive.

To be eligible for SAGT, participants are required to demonstrate recognised prior learning within the industry equivalent to at least 80% of the competencies for the selected qualification.

Your trainer and assessor will conduct a skills assessment prior to delivering the identified gap training of between two (2) and eight (8) units to complete the qualification.  For more information on SAGT, please visit http://www.csq.org.au/for-industry/skilling-your-workforce/skills-assessment-and-gap-training-(sagt).
