This unit of competency will provide participants with real world skills and knowledge required to enter and work in confined spaces in the Resources and Infrastructure Industries. This unit is appropriate for those working in operational roles where they are required to enter and work in confined spaces.
There are no formal entry requirements, however, it is preferred that participants have some experience in the civil construction industry. This unit of competency can compliment and enhance existing knowledge and is a great qualification for participants who intend on opening up further career opportunities in construction, with specialist type training.
